Christmas Holiday Deadlines


*Please note that these dates are subject to IN-STOCK items going to major urban centres and are not valid for Pre-Ordered items or AVAILABLE items. All items marked as "Pre-Order" has not been released by the manufacturer. Even if you place a "Pre-Order" item before the shipping deadline there is no guarantee that we will receive our shipment from the manufacturer before Christmas. All items marked AVAILABLE requires a 7 BUSINESS DAYS minimum before shipping - please be aware of this before ordering or asking questions.
Online store (Website) Our online store will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shipping Department The shipping department will be closed for the Christmas holidays from December 21st to December 29th & closed for New Years from December 30th until January 4th. All order received during that period will be processed and shipped out on December 29th and January 5th.
Office Hours Our offices will be closed during the Christmas holidays from December 24th to January 4th. E-mails will still be viewed and answered on a regular but limited basis during that period.

Although we will try our best to have the order processed and shipped out in time for Christmas, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas as US Postal Service, UPS and Canada Post do not guarantee delivery (ie. adverse conditions: weather, custom delays, etc)...NOTE: these deadlines are for IN-STOCK ITEMS. All items marked AVAILABLE requires a minimum of 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS processing please be advised (for Canada/oversea this means 2 weeks before shipping. For USA destination - 1 week before shipping.). Please factor this in when buying. If you mix your order in with instock and available we will split ship.
