Our Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping on all orders to the continental 48 states is via USPS Mail. For all Canadian orders, they will be shipped out via Canadapost. WE DO NOT USE UPS OR FEDEX, DO NOT ASK US TO USE THESE METHODS UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.


We Ship to APO/AFO Addresses

We ship to APO/AFO using USPS Mail. Please make sure that your address is complete. If possible also please include the full ZIP code including the routing number.


When will your order arrive

For In-Stock items: your order will arrive to you at most after 10 business days after your order has been processed by our billing department. Please be reminded that we are on the east coast and expected arrival date differs depending on your location. This estimate may be longer for orders placed after business hours, on Friday or on holidays. All orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday. Please be reminded that we use USPS as our courier, if you do not believe us how long a parcal can take please go visit USPS.com and see it for yourself the ETA of arrival of certain parcel going from coast to coast. All parcels will be trackable, therefore you will know where it is at all time.


Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will be automatically emailed a tracking #. Please note that if your email provider has an active spam-blocker turned on, you may not receive your tracking email. Check your spam box worse case scenario.


International Orders

We use USPS as our courier service for all international orders. It must clear customs before it gets shipped. MOST international orders will be received (door to door) within 14 - 20 Business Days. We have no control to over the parcel once we email you the tracking number. We will try our best to have it shipped out to you in the most speediest fashion.


Canadian Orders

We use Canadapost as our courier service for all canadian orders. IF all items on your invoice is marked INSTOCK (no mixig with AVAILABLE items) it will arrive to you in 5 business days if you live in Ontario/Quebec - 7 business days if you live elsewhere depending on Canadapost transit time (BC is 6 business days). For all other orders containing the words AVAILABLE, MOST canadians orders will be received (door to door) within 14 - 20 Business Days due to the fact that some of those AVAILABLE items must be shipped up from our distributors or warehouses from the states which delays shipping. We have no control to over the parcel once we email you the tracking number. We will try our best to have it shipped out to you in the most speediest fashion. Unfortunately due to cost of overseas shipping - if you wish to have your item replaced we will make arrangement however we will not refund your shipping back to us.


In-Stock Items

Any items marked in-stock will ship out within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (weekend and holidays does not count).


Available Items

Any items marked available will ship out within 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS. You will be notified IMMEDIATELY when your parcel leaves the warehouse. These shipping time frame are an estimate.


Pre-Order Items

Please watch the release date of items. Do not mix and match pre-order items with in-stock items. We will split your order up and shipping cost WILL BE RECALCULATED. Please watch the release date when mixing multiple pre-order items. Each preorder items will be charged shipping accordingly. Example: if two items (A and B) arrive in different date and shipping is 8.95$ - item A arrives at the beginning of the month, we will charge you for the product and 8.95$. Item B will be charged at a later date with another shipping charge.

Cancelling

All orders being Cancelled must be done within 24-48 hours. FOR USA/CANADA ONLY:All orders that are cancelled before being shipped out after are charged 15% restocking fee. FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS:Shipping will not be refunded instead of the restocking fee.All pre-order items cancelled will be charged 10% of the items cost.


Money Order

WE DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS.


Packaging Language

We receive stock images from our suppliers therefore most of the pictures are in english OR in triligual. HOWEVER due to the location of our head warehouse please be aware that all HASBRO products maybe TRILIGUAL PACKAGING, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS if MARVEL, STAR WARS, OR GI JOE PRODUCTS are in the wrong packaging languages. Please do not ask us for specifics as we get too many of these requests and we fill at random.


RETURN POLICY

1) We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we will not be able to accept it back. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.
3) If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post, DO NOT USE ANY FAST SHIPPING METHOD. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your account will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
4) If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
5) Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, ToyDorks.com is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!
