Description Of Item: Rio Blast, apparently the only cowboy on Eternia, looks like a much more elaborate character than the original version, equipped with a more sophisticated weapon arsenal similar to the revamped weapon system given to the new Clamp Champ. The guns look to be both hand-held and back-mounted, the breastplate forming an intermediary component complete with a green-tinted ocular mount.
